Payment Instructions: PAYMENTS: 1. The amount owed to the Auction Company will be carefully and accurately represented and shown on Company generated invoice, no 3rd party invoice or receipt communications shall be considered binding nor accepted as amount owed. 2. All payments are due on the day of the auction for onsite buyers and within 2 business days for online buyers!!! Wire transfers are preferred within in 2 business days from auction conclusion. Cash and Checks will only be accepted in the office and only on the two immediately following business days after the auction. Checks will only be accepted with a bank letter of guarantee on all money paid with a check. 3. All tax exemptions must be sent to the office prior to invoices being paid. No refunds will be given for sales tax exemptions once payments are processed. Please inform us if you are tax exempt. Texas Sales tax is 6.25% with TERP tax 1.5% applying to those pieces with 50 hp diesel engines, or greater (all vehicle and trailer taxes will be collected at the time of registration NOT AT THE AUCTION) 4. All items with a transferring title are subject to $25 processing fee and all taxes will be paid to your county of registration, titles will be mailed out within 10 days after the items are removed from location. 5. Buyer's Premium is10% All premiums are based on the onsite and cash discounts being incurred. All balances processed on credit cards will incur an additional 4% 6. If payment is not received within 2 business days the buyer may be expected to pay late penalties and up to or including being reported to Proxibid for nonpayment and you will be blocked from any further bidding.

Shipping Instructions: SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS: Please contact LEAP Auctions LLC for specific shipping and handling expectations. General requirements are confirmed payment in full, name and contact info for whomever is responsible for hauling and a bill of lading provided prior to pick up by any 3rd party transporters. No item will be available for shipping prior to the conformation of their funds clearing the bank. Any and all shipping and loading charges or cost are the Buyer’s sole responsibility. All items are sold FOB at their described location. If a 3rd party is being used then a signed bill of lading is required to be emailed to info@leapauctions.com prior to loading. There is the possibility of assistance with loading, however not guaranteed. Pick up will be available during most normal business hours with 24 hour notice, it is likely that other arrangements can be made, at the designated address for each piece of equipment. However, this feature is solely at seller’s digression and availability.
Preview Date & Times: PREVIEW: Please contact LEAP Auctions for arranging preview times and dates. They will be available during the week preceding the auction by appointment only unless otherwise noted.
Checkout Date & Times: CHECK OUT / LOAD OUT: Will be conducted onsite with loading assistance until November 14th, Monday at 3pm. Any loading after that will be done by buyers own abilities and machinery. Anything after that is at the Auctioneer availability.
