Metschiunig Engraved Karl Hauptmann Combination Gun with Scope

Exceptional Factory Master Metschiunig Signed and Deep Relief Game Scene Engraved Karl Hauptmann Over/Under Combination Gun with Swarovski Scope

Built with blued steel barrels featuring a ramped beaded blade front sight, a fixed rear sight with gold centerline, and a set of finely engraved German claw mounts holding a Swarovski Habicht A 3-10x42mm scope all on the matted solid rib which is marked "KARL HAUPTMANN FERLACH" in gold inlay. The shotgun barrel is marked with an import mark under the forend, 2008 dated Ferlach proofs, choke constriction of .014 inches, and chamber marked 3 inches with extractor. The barrels are paired with a beautiful coin finished underlever action which displays near full coverage floral scroll engraving surrounding a two masterfully executed deep relief cut game scenes. The game scene on the left of the action depicts a capercallie cock displaying his tail for a pair of hens in a forested environment and the scene on the right shows a pair of capercallie cocks locked in combat also in a forest. The pudh-forward underlever features a fox amongst the flowering foliage. The engraving is signed "Metschiunig" on the triggerplate to the right of the trigger for the master engraver that executed the engraving on this fine piece. The gun features bushed firing pins, double triggers (front is single set), and a tang mounted manual safety with gold inlaid "S" marking. The gun is fitted with a gorgeous, highly figured and multi-point checkered three-piece forend with engraved coin finished fittings and a pistol grip stock with a three letter monogram on the engraved coin grip cap, a shadowline cheekpiece, rear sling swivel, and factory rubber recoil pad. Included is an aluminum takedown case and factory test target. Length of pull 14 9/16 inches. Weight 7 lbs. 3 oz. (scope included).

Casehardened self-opening hand detachable sidelock action displays nicely cut extensive floral scroll engraving with matted accents in the background surrounding "P. ARRIZABALAGA" signed on either lockplate and "PEDRO/ARRIZABALAGA/EIBAR" on the underside. Built with blued Bohler Rasant steel barrels with a blade front sight, flip-up rear sight, and German style claw mounts holding a Zeiss Diavari-Z 1.5-6x42mm scope on the matted solid rib, front sling swivel, wedges of scroll engraving at the breech, import mark under the forend, and a chambers with automatic ejectors. The 12 gauge barrel has a choke constriction of .038 inches and a 2 3/4 inch chamber. The barrels are mated to a coin finished hand detachable sidelock action which features oak leaf engraving surrounding a roaring stag with two hinds in a forest on the left, Diana with her dogs and a pair of mallards on the right, and a pigeon on the underside, all of which are rendered with beautiful silver inlaid figures. The gun features cocking indicators, double triggers (front is single set), and a tang mounted manual safety. LONDON" and "HAMMERLESS EJECTOR PATENT." marked on the right and left ribs respectively, import mark under forend, period London proofs, and chambers marked 2 9/16 inches with automatic ejectors. The barrels are fitted to a casehardened sidelock action which displays floral scroll engraving surrounding "CHARLES LANCASTER" signatures on either lockplate and continuing onto the triggerguard, toplever, and both tang. The gun features a single trigger and a tang mounted automatic safety with gold inlaid "SAFE". The gun is mounted with a beautifully figured and multi-point checkered forend with engraved fittings and black tip and a round knob pistol grip stock with teardrop carved drop points, a blank gold inscription oval, and a checkered bare butt. Includes an oak & leather takedown case containing snap caps, oiler, and cleaning tools. The barrels are mated to a coin finished bolstered sidelock action which displays scroll engraving surrounding deeply cut oak leaves on the bolsters and a trio of fine game scenes. The game scenes consist of a roe buck and two does running in a forest, the underside has a capercallie rooster displaying for a hen, and the right has a raptor diving on a flock of mallard at a pond. The action also bears a small import mark on the frame rail. The gun features double triggers, cocking indicators, bushed lower firing pin, and a tang mounted safety. The gun is fitted with a nicely figured and multi-point checkered three-piece forend with engraved fittings and a pistol grip stock with horn grip cap, raised cheekpiece, rear sling swivel, and walnut extension with hard rubber Sauer buttplate. Included is a second matching 24 5/8 inch combination barrel set chambered for 7x65R and 12 gauge with a 2 3/4 inch chamber and .034 inch choke constriction. Also included is a set of German claw mounts with no scope and a wood and canvas takedown case for the set. Factory Master Ferruccio Iora Signed and Engraved Ivo Fabbri Assisted-Opening Sidelock Over/Under Shotgun with Case

Ivo Fabbri began his career in firearms along side one of the most well-known names in the business, Daniele Perazzi. After they split, Perazzi went on to create arguably the world's finest sporting guns, and Fabbri perused his dream to build the finest guns in the world, with this gun being the embodiment of that goal. Fabbri only builds some 30 guns a year, each is hand crafted from the ground up by some of Italy's finest craftsmen, making guns such as these not all that commonly available for public sale. This gun was built with blued barrels featuring a single bead sight on the matted solid rib, "-BOHLER-SUPER-BLITZ-STEEL-" marked on the right of the upper tube and "-ARMI-FABBRI-BRESCIA-" on the left, light engraving at the breech and chamber, and 1970 dated Italian proofs showing 2 3/4 inch chambers with automatic ejectors. The barrels are fitted to a gorgeous casehardened assisted-opening sidelock action with beautifully cut tight scroll engraving at the borders and attractive bright pins creating a very pleasing contrast. The lockplates both show "FABBRI" Signatures and the underside of the action is marked "ARMI-FABBRI/BRESCIA". The engraving is signed on the triggerplate "F. IORA Inc." for renowned Italian Master Engraver Ferruccio Iora who carried out the work. The gun features bright cocking indicators on either lockplate, a single trigger, and a manual tang mounted safety (stuck off). The walnut beautifully figured and multi-point checkered on the forend which shows engraved blue fittings and a push button release and pistol grip stock with blank gold initial oval and a rubber recoil pad. Includes an oak & leather takedown case with factory trade label and a set of snap caps. Barrel and stock measurements (U/O): bore diameter nine inches from the breech both proofed at 18.5mm (.728 inches) and measured .730/.732 inches; choke constriction .024/.038 inches; minimum wall thickness .029/.030 inches; 1 3/16 inch drop at comb; 1 5/8 inch drop at heel; 14 1/4 inch length of pull; weight 7 lbs. 8 oz.

The engraving is signed on the triggerplate "BELLERI INC" for a member of the Belleri family of craftsman, likely Ferdinando Belleri who became a Master Craftsman for Beretta. The gun is mounted with a beautifully figured and multi-point checkered forend with engraved fittings, an Anson button release, and a gold FAMARS inscription shield on the under along with a straight grip stock with teardrop carved drop points and a checkered bare butt. Each gun was built with blued steel chopperlump barrels featuring a single brass bead sight on the smooth concave solid rib which is marked with a gold "1" or "2" surrounded by a flourish of scrollwork, standard factory markings, single band of engraving at the breech, 2001 dated Spanish proofs, chokes mark improved cylinder/improved cylinder, and 2 3/4 inch chambers with automatic ejectors. The barrels of both guns are fitted to attractive coin finished self-opening sidelock actions which display near full coverage scroll engraving with "ARRIETA Y CIA" banner signatures on either lockplate and "FABBRICA DE/ARRIETA Y CIA/ELGOIBAR" on the underside before continuing onto the triggerguard, both tangs, and the toplever which shows a gold "1" or "2". The guns feature bushed firing pins, gold centerline cocking indicators, double triggers (front is articulated), and an automatic tang safety with gold inlaid "SAFE". Each gun is mounted with a gorgeous highly figured and multi-point checkered splinter forend with coined and engraved fittings with a gold "1" or "2" on the Anson button release and a straight grip stock with teardrop carved drop points, "WFB" in the gold inscription oval, and a checkered bare butt. Gorgeous Factory Master Fausti Galeazzi Game Scene Engraved Abbiatico & Salvinelli (FAMARS) 28 Gauge Sidelock Double Barrel Shotgun

In 1967 Mario Abbiatico and Remo Salvinelli founded Fabbrica Armi di Mario Abbiatico e Remo Salvinelli, now more commonly know as FAMARS. Since the beginning the two have been innovators and have made a name for themselves creating some of the finest bespoke guns ever built. The gun is built with blued steel chopperlump barrels featuring a single nickel bead sight on the smooth concave solid rib, "Abbiatico & Salvinelli" signed on the left tube, a band of line engraving at the breech, and 1978 dated Italian proofs showing 2 3/4 inch chambers with automatic ejectors. The barrels are fitted to a highly attractive coin finished sidelock action which shows off beautifully executed floral scroll engraving surrounding a trio of gorgeous game bird scenes before continuing onto the triggerguard, toplever, and both tangs. The game scenes consist of a flock of mallards descending onto a pond with farm houses in the background on the left lockplate, the underside shows the flock touching down on the surface of the pond, and the right lockplate has the flock taking off from the surface of the pond, all three are cut in outstanding highly detailed bulino style showing a mastery of the craft. The engraving has been signed on both lockplates and on the underside "Galeazzi" by the highly renowned Italian Master Engraver Fausti Galeazzi. The gun features bushed firing pins, a single trigger, right hand rolled triggerguard, and a manual tang mounted safety. The gun is mounted with a beautifully figured and multi-point checkered beavertail forend with engraved fittings, an Anson button release, and a blank A&S inscription shield along with a pistol grip stock with teardrop carved drop points and a checkered bare butt. Includes an oak and leather takedown case containing a factory trade label, nickel oiler, and cleaning tools. Barrel and stock measurements (R/L): bore diameter nine inches from the breech both proofed at 14.2mm (.559 inches) and measured .560/.562 inches; choke constriction .009/.041 inches; 1 3/8 inch drop at comb; 1 13/16 inch drop at heel; 14 5/16 inch length of pull; cast-off; weight 5 lbs. 1 oz.

The barrel is mated to a beautifully casehardened Mauser type action which displays exceptional near full coverage floral scroll engraving, matching engraving on the bolt, extended upper tang, and bolt knob which has a knurled handle, niter blue ejector, import mark on the rail, and a pair of blued quick detach scope mounts holding a Zeiss Diavari-Z 1.25-4x24mm T* scope. The bottom metal, lower tang, floorplate, and triggerguard are also casehardened and show matching scroll engraving along with the recoil lug. The rifle is mounted in a gorgeous highly figured and multi-point checkered pistol grip stock with ebony forend tip, engraved and casehardened trap door grip cap, shadowline cheekpiece, blank gold inscription oval, rear sling stud, and leather wrapped recoil pad. Built with blued steel barrels featuring a ramped beaded blade front sight, single standing leaf rear sight on the rear quarter rib which shows a fine flourish of scrollwork. single band of engraving at the breech, "B. SEARCY & CO. BORON CA. U.S.A." marked on the right and "470 NITRO-EXPRESS" on the left, and chambers with automatic ejectors. The barrels are fitted to a coin finished bolstered boxlock underlever action which shows attractive scroll engraving on all sides and extending to the tangs and blued underlever along with "B. SEARCY & CO." signatures on either side. The rifle features bushed firing pins, double triggers, and a tang mounted safety with gold "S". The game scenes show a covey of flushing pheasant on the left, a pair of quail in flight on the underside, and a flock of mallards landing on a pond on the right, all cut in detailed semi-relief gold inlay. The engraving is signed on the left side below the scene "P.LALLEMAND" for FN factory Master Engraver Pierre Lallemand. The gun features a single trigger and a tang mounted manual safety/selector with gold inlaid "S", "O', and "U" indicators. The gun is fitted with outstanding, highly figured and multi-point checkered three-piece forend with engraved fittings and a round knob pistol grip stock with a checkered bare butt.
