This is a farm, ranch and construction equipment consignment auction. This sale includes consignments from farmers, ranchers, financial institutions,government agencies, and individuals.

Payment Instructions: We will email you an invoice, usually the morning following the end of the sale. Payment must be made within 2 business days of the auction. Cash or Personal Checks accepted. Contact us for information for wire transfers. We also accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, & Discover credit cards. There will be a 3.50% administrative fee on all credit card purchases. 8.25% Sales Tax will be charged to both In State and Out of State buyers, unless buyers furnish a Resale Certificate. Texas buyers who want to claim a Farm Use Exemption on farm equipment must present a valid Texas Agriculture & Timber Registration Number, along with a signed Texas Agricultural Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate. The state of Texas charges a 2% diesel fuel surcharge tax on diesel off road equipment 50 horsepower or more. This tax is not charged if the equipment is for resale or farm use. A 10% Buyers Premium will be charged on items purchased up to $2500 in addition to the Online Fee of 5%. For example, if you purchase on item for $2,000, you will pay $2,000 plus 5% plus 10 % , for a total of $2,300. If you purchase an item for $3,000, you will pay $3,000 plus 5%, for a total of $3,150. There will be a $50 Document Fee on any licensed, titled or bill of sale vehicle including trailers and ATV's.

NO WARRANTY or Guarantee is expressed or implied and each item is the sole responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the Auctioneer declares the item sold. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS AND SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS MADE. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition.
