Titles ? Seller has up to 21 days to produce valid title. Buyers are encouraged to not spend money on or sell the vehicle until they have the title. Any costs will not be reimbursed if seller is not able to produce title. Buyer is required to notify RES Auction Services of returned items due to no title. If RES does not receive a valid title within the 21 days, they have the option to return the item. In such cases, the buyer is responsible for returning the item in an equal to or better condition than its original state at the time of purchase. Buyer must inform RES of item being returned due to no title. The item must be returned within 5 days of the notification. The seller will be notified that the item is being returned due to no title. If buyer fails to return the item within 5 days and the title is provided within that time, the transaction will be considered valid.? It is the Buyer?s responsibility to be aware of their local motor vehicle regulations pertaining to titles and registrations prior to purchase of a motor vehicle.
