The only Open House Preview will be held on Friday, December 22nd. ---- Please plan to inspect the items in person before bidding. A physical inspection is encouraged and suggested. All items sold as-is where-is with no warranties expressed or implied. Let your inspection be your guide. -- When you register for the auction and submit a bid, you are agreeing that you are contractually bound to pay the full purchase price plus buyer's premium. Please be certain of your bid and bid amounts before placing a bid. Bid retractions or cancellations will not be accepted.
