You will not pay any more than $1,000 in buyer’s premium per item. (Example: winning bid is $3,000 plus $300 premium or winning bid is $50,000 plus $1,000 premium) Prior to bidding, all Internet Buyers must provide the information required by the auctioneer to be approved. PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE FUNDS! Payments must be paid in FULL within 4 Business days, No later than the following Friday upon completion of the auction. Payments can be made via the following methods: Cash: Items may be picked up same day as payment ONLY if paying by CASH. Personal Check: Subject to a 1-10 day holding period before items can be picked up. Wire Transfer: All Winning bids over $1000 are wire transfer only. Wire Fee of $25.00 for domestic and $70.00 for out of USA. Cashier’s Check: Cashier’s check or money order are all subject to a 1-10 day holding period before items can be picked up. Credit Card: A 3.25% fee will be added to all credit card payments. Successful bidders must contact us within 24 hours of the completion of the auction to verify method of payment. Out of the US purchases MUST be paid by wire. A $70.00 fee will be added to all wire transfers to cover Bank Fees. Applicable Indiana State Sales Tax will be charged on all Lots. Bidders from outside the State will be exempt from Sales Tax if they provide an Indiana ST-105 State Tax Form. YOU CANNOT PICKUP ON DAY OF AUCTION There will be no loading on Saturday the 10th. Loading will begin Monday the 12th. All items must be removed in 7 business days. Items must be picked up within 7 days or there will be a $25.00/day storage fee applied unless other arrangements are made. After 30 days, items will be resold, and no refund will be returned to customer. Buyer is responsible for all freight and handling charges. Buyer is responsible to verify hour meter, tachometers, mileage and fitment. We do not guarantee any of them. ANY disassembly labor involved with shipping and/or loading be billed at $85.00 per hour. WE DO NOT SHIP OUT OF US. Any buyers outside of US are responsible for ALL shipping and shipping Documents. We encourage self-inspections before bidding on any item.
