* Preview will be Thursday, Feb 8th 10-2 pm. by appointment. Please call to schedule (352) 461-0535 before Thursday.
* Bidding is Now Open. AUCTION ENDS MONDAY, FEBRUARY 12th STARTING AT 6 P.M.
** Pick up is THURSDAY FEBRUARY 15TH FROM 10 AM - 2 PM in Lake Panasoffkee.
The address will be also be provided in the emailed invoice.
**If you cannot adhere to the pick-up day/time, please request permission for an alternative BEFORE or DURING the bidding process by calling the Auction House @ 352-461-0535. There is a $25/ per hour fee - cash payment for a staff member to meet you at the location.
** Invoices/Items left at pick-up location without a request for an alternative will be forfeited, donated, or resold at the discretion of the team.
*Any alternate pick up day is tentative based on staff availability to meet you at the location and/or accessibility to an on-site location.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
* PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE SHIPPERS TO REQUEST YOUR ITEMS TO BE SHIPPED.
* YOU WILL MARK TO REQUEST SHIPPING using EITHER shipping choice in the PROXIBID pay system. Choosing either shipping option will be acceptable. Your items will go to the shipper!
Choosing "Local Pickup" or NOT choosing the shipping options will delay your items by 1-3 weeks. Feel Free to call the auction house number by Tuesday concerning shipping your items.
*YOU MUST PAY YOUR INVOICE ONLINE BY Tuesday Morning for your items to be sent to the shipper.
*UNPAID items will not be sent to the shipper. Please ensure your payment is processed by Tuesday morning.
* Village Pack and Ship will contact you within 1-2 weeks. If there are concerns, feel free to call at the number listed in the picture AFTER pick up day.
