There is NO pick up on auction day. DO NOT come in to get your items as we are having a live sale and will be attending to those in attendance. ALL items must be paid for within 48 business hours of the auction end. If you are sending a check YOU must notify the office. WE DO NOT SHIP IN HOUSE. All items are sent to a third party packing and shipping company. After Kyle Kelso Auctioneer is paid for the items, a completely separate transaction for shipping will take place with a completely different company. Bidders are required to register with proper identification prior to bidding and must use the number issued to them when bidding. Online bidders are required to register with Proxibid. Registering through Proxibid requires a valid credit card as a security measure. All items sold as is where is. All announcements made at the auction shall supersede any prior advertising. Kyle Kelso Auctioneer is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Kyle Kelso Auctioneer or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Kyle Kelso Auctioneer will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source.
