We reserve the right to not issue a bidder number or to withhold merchandise if appropriate payment arrangements has not been established. Payment of purchases is due by noon the day following the end of the sale. Buyers will be invoiced for all purchases plus an 18% buyer’s premium immediately following the sale. The credit card on file will be processed for the invoice total on all open invoices at noon on the day following close of the sale unless other payment arrangements have been made before noon on the day following close of the sale. All sales are Final. All bidders must be at least 18 years of age.
All purchases through Proxibid.com will be assessed an 18% buyer's premium. The credit card used at registration will be charged the total of your purchases, plus the buyer's premium. This auction is an Estate Auction; therefore, Tennessee sales tax will not be assessed.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT COVID-19: To better protect our staff, sellers and customers, PREVIEW and PICKUP will be by appointment only so we can facilitate a safe auction experience. Please contact our office to schedule your preview and pick-up appointments.
Shipping and Pick-up: Buyers are responsible for arranging their own pick-up. Hanson Realty & Auction Co., Inc. will facilitate all shipping. Buyers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Hanson Realty & Auction Co., Inc. does not provide local delivery services.
For small items under 70 lbs., we will ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Buyers will be charged actual shipping and insurance charges plus a $10/box handling fee which will include: boxing, packaging, all packing materials and delivery to the shipping carrier.
All items shipped will be insured for the full value of the item. Hanson Realty & Auction Co., Inc. accepts no responsibility for items damaged in shipping. Buyers will pay for shipping under separate invoice. If you prefer a specific shipping carrier, please email shipping instructions to staff@hansonrealtyandauction.com within 24 hours of close of sale. Buyers will pay for shipping under separate invoice.
Pick-up is available on Wednesday, June 3rd from 10:00am - 4:00pm (central) ONLY, by appointment ONLY. All purchases for pick-up must be scheduled during those hours. We cannot store items to arrange pick-up. Items not retrieved during the scheduled pick-up time will be assessed a $ 5.00/day storage fee plus a $25 appointment fee to schedule a later pick-up. Any purchases not picked up by 3:00pm on Wednesday, June 10th will be forfeited, and NO REFUND will be awarded.
For pick-up, buyers will need to bring a copy of their paid invoice or receipt and all packing materials, tie-downs, and labor as needed. Hanson Realty and Auction Co., Inc. will not provide moving or loading labor. We do not provide any local delivery services.
