Omaha, NE — September 11, 2008 — Proxibid, the world’s largest provider of live auction webcasting services, today announced that it will provide online and live online bidding for several upcoming vehicle and construction equipment auctions presented by Larry Richie Auctions Inc.  Beginning immediately and running through October 25, bidders can participate in a combination of live auction Webcasts and webcast-only auctions featuring vehicles and equipment from the State of Illinois Department of Central Management Services.  Log on towww.proxibid.com/larryrichie today to register and pre-bid.

This auction includes hundreds of high-quality vehicles used by the State of Illinois in highway maintenance and courier services.  Unique items crossing the auction block include highway paint striping equipment, derrick diggers used to dig holes for sign posts, a Murphy street sweeper and snow plow units with extended wing plows.  The items available in these auctions are located at 16 sites throughout the state of Illinois, providing bidders the opportunity to purchase units closer to home.

Several of the auctions will take place via webcast only, meaning the auction will take place only on the Internet.  A video of each item will be shown as the lot is being sold.  The bidders will see the video and hear the auctioneer calling the bids live through your computer.  Bidders will be able to bid live in real-time, however, they will only be competing with online bidders, since no on-site auction will be taking place.
