Pickup: You have 7 days from the sale date to pick up your vehicle, or forfeit your purchase unless other arrangements are made with the towing company.
All Vehicles are Police Ordered Tow Vehicles and are sold as is, where is, with no warranties, or guarantees whatsoever. Please attend the physical preview and place your bids accordingly.
Buyer’s Premium: 17% Buyers Premium. Cash Payment Discount: 3%

Special Terms ATTENTION NON-MA BUYERS: ALL POLICE ORDERED TOW VEHICLES IN THIS AUCTION MUST FIRST BE TITLED IN MA!!! There are NO EXCEPTIONS. All vehicles are being sold per MGL 255 Sec 39A. Vehicles are subject to owner redemption. This is a Massachusetts legal process and the vehicles sold in this auction must be titled in Massachusetts. Please note: All Police Ordered Tow Vehicles are Subject to Owner Redemption Prior to the sale. All vehicles are Sold as is where is with no warranties or guarantees whatsoever.
We strongly suggest attending the physical preview on Saturday, June 1, 2024 from 10 AM – 12 PM. Buyers are responsible to make Payment, in full, immediately following the auction sale. All vehicles must be removed within 7 days after the auction closes, or the buyer is subject to forfeiting their purchase. Acceptable payment methods include Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, Pay Pal, Wire Transfer, or Cash. By bidding at this auction, bidders agree they will not initiate a credit card charge back, or Pay Pal payment reversal under any circumstances. All sales are final. There is a 17% buyer’s premium. All bidders paying cash, or wire transfer will receive a 3% discount. There is a $50 wire transfer fee charge for payment by wire transfer fee.
Police Ordered Tow Vehicles are sold per MGL 255 Sec 39A. The buyer acknowledges original sale documents cannot be replaced and buyer is responsible to produce original sale documents to obtain title to vehicles. Art's Auto Service, Inc. and Weitbrecht Auctioneers, Inc. DBA Strategic Auction Alliance, hereinafter referred to as Auctioneer, are not responsible, under any circumstances, for a buyer's inability to procure title due to the loss of original sale documents by the buyer, or due to the buyer not procuring title in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts per MGL 255 Sec 39 A. In the event title cannot be procured, through no fault of the buyer, Auctioneer and, or Art's Auto Service, Inc. will credit or refund the high bidder for the amount of said vehicle purchase.
Art's Auto Service, Inc. and Auctioneer are not liable for any damages incidental or consequential for the inability to convey title for automobiles sold during this auction. Refund will be the sole remedy of the buyer. Auctioneer and Arts Auto Service, Inc. do not warrant the condition of any vehicle sold whatsoever. ALL VEHICLES ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Neither Auctioneer, or Art's Auto Service, Inc. makes any warranties or representations of any kind or nature with respect to the property or its value and in no event shall they be responsible for correctness of description, genuineness, attribution, provenance, authenticity, authorship, completeness, condition of the property or estimate of it's value. No statement (oral or written) in the catalog, at the auction, or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty or representation, or any assumption of responsibility. Buyers must rely entirely on their own judgment and inspection.
