Check (with Bank Letter of Credit), Money Order or wire transfer plus transfer fee, cash will be accepted for local pick up only. for online bidders, there will be a 10% per item buyer's premium which will be added to the final bid price plus applicable sales tax. Payment must be received at the office of Sutton Auctioneers & Land Brokers LLC prior to pick up. The mailing address associated with the auction company is 1116 N. West Ave. Sioux Falls SD 57104.
