NON PAYMENT: All failed/refusal of payment cases are reported to Proxibid representatives and result in the automatic declining of your account from participating in future auctions.
FIREARM TERMS: Bidder must be 18+ years of age to bid and/or purchase firearms. NO SHIPPING. Firearms located OFF SITE in Uniontown, PA 15401. Buyer will pick up firearm at a local licensed FFL Dealer in Uniontown, PA after invoice payment is received by Auction Company. Bidder name/information must match name/information on background check performed by local licensed FFL dealer.
