Items may be picked up Friday March 8th from 4pm-6:30pm and Saturday March 9th from 8am-Noon at our auction facility in Columbia City.
You are expected to pick up and pay for your items during the times listed above. If you have not done so or have not made other arrangements with the auction staff within 24 hours of the final pick up window, your credit card on file at Proxibid will be charged for the product and all other fees associated with the auction. If you have not picked up your items within 5 days of the conclusion of the auction, then your items will be sold for storage fees and 100% of the proceeds will go to the auction company.
If you are a customer from outside a 2 hour travel time from the auction site and you wish to pick up your items rather than have them shipped, you must contact the auction staff before the auction or within 12 hours of the conclusion of the auction to notify us of your pick up intentions or it will be assumed you want us to ship them.
If you are a customer who requires shipping, your items will be packed and shipped via FedEx 2 Day. Product will be shipped to the shipping address on file with Proxibid, unless you notify the auction company within 12 hours of the conclusion of the auction. There is no additional fee for packing your items if they are small enough to ship Fed Ex, we charge you what they charge us. We will bill your card on file with Proxibid for your shipping and product within 24 hours of the conclusion of the auction unless you notify us of other intentions prior to the auction. If your purchase is too large to ship Fed Ex Express, we will take it to a 3rd party shipping company to have it shipped and bill your card for those packing and shipping fees once we are invoiced by them. If you refuse shipment you will still be expected to pay for the items and shipping fees.
